Savor the Super Moon (when the moon’s orbit is closest to the earth) with a night of a lunar-themed experiences: a soundtrack by DJ Eduardo Luna, viewing of the moon (if it is not cloudy), and free moon pies. If it is not cloudy, the moon should be most visible at around sunset (8:45 pm) to the east, and again at 10:30 pm.

Public art is everywhere, but sometimes we miss it when we are in a hurry or driving by. Take time to look more closely at our city’s public art in this themed walk led by Julia Moore, director of public art at the Arts Council of Indianapolis.
