Fred Miller is an artist, educator, activist, and musician. He describes his music as “the sound of sunlight through a dusty 70s rangefinder lens”. You can find his music and videos on his Instagram account @mffred.
SPARK Happy Hours are 4-6 p.m. on Thursdays.
SPARK on the Circle is presented by Big Car Collaborative, Downtown Indy Alliance, and the City of Indianapolis Department of Metropolitan Development, in cooperation with the Indiana War Memorials Commission.
