Come have a chat with this week’s expert, Dr. Jason M. Kelly. He can tell you all about the Age of the Anthropocene, a term used to denote the present time interval, in which many geologically significant conditions and processes are profoundly altered by human activities.
Dr. Kelly received his Ph.D. from the University of California. His current research projects focus on the history of the environment, human rights, and art. He leads a major international collaborative project, Rivers of the Anthropocene (rivers.iupui.edu), which brings together scientists, humanists, and policy makers to study global river systems and policy since 1750.
Learn more about the Age of the Anthropecene by asking the expert himself!
A special thanks goes to our partner, the IUPUI Arts and Humanities Institute.
