There’s something different about seeing a work of art before it’s finished.

SPARK artist-in-residence Siena Baldi will spend two sessions painting live on Monument Circle as part of her residency. She’s painting a giant W O W across the exterior panels of Big Car’s Wagon of Wonders.

You can watch it come together. It’s pretty cool to see creativity in action. 

Stop by while Baldi works, ask her questions, and see how she approaches painting something at this scale. There are a lot of little decisions that go into making the big ones, and many of them are happening while the work is underway.

Baldi creates vibrant, thoughtful murals focused on emotional well-being, our shared humanity, and a sense of wonder. You can find her work across Indianapolis at Versa Apartments, crossing the street in Windsor Park, or inspiring motorists from the crossroads of America.

Visitors can also pick up a free postcard featuring Siena’s mural to color and take home or send to someone special.
