“Immerse yourself in the soothing tones of Sound bathing. Join Christ Church Cathedral on August 17th at 6:30 pm on our front lawn for a meditative time of Rest and Renewal. Please bring a blanket, yoga mat or pillow with you. Chairs will be provided for those that need it. The Cathedral will also be unveiling our chalk art installation on the sidewalk next to the church.”
