Join SPARK artist in residence Brittany Fukushima for a plein air painting session. Use painting (or drawing) as a way to observe and document your surroundings. Brittany will walk you through how to select a good composition and basic block-in strategies to begin your painting.

SPARK hosted over 10,000 visitors who made 2,000 Taylor Swift-themed postcards created by local artists that will be mailed around the world for free, made hundreds of bracelets, got their faces painted, participated in Mary Jo Bayliss’ @andknits’s collaborative art project, enjoyed local music, and more all weekend long.
