DESCRIPTION:Bring a musical instrument — or make one on the spot — and then be a part of joyfully cacophonous promenade around Monument Circle.  Play any song you want while everyone else plays what they want. \nFrom 2 – 5 p.m.\, make an instrument with provided materials such as coffee can drums\, rubber band guitars\, and soda bottle noisemakers. If you have an old band uniform\, bring it! \nAll ages welcome. \nParade led by artist Rebecca Pappas. \n
